Instructions to make Calzone:

  1. Dough -Take a glass bowl add yeast,sugar,1/2cup lukewarm water.take rest for 15-20min.
  2. Now add flour and salt in yeast mixture make a soft dough,add 1tsp oil and take rest for 1/2an hour on warm place.
  3. Filling:-,take a pan add oil,add onion capsicum,garlic fry it little add mushroom,corn saute it.add all masala and herbs.add sauce and balance the taste.lastly add pizza chese
  4. Now dough divided by 4 parts.take one part and roll it in circle,add filling in centre and fold it.prick it with fork or knife.brush with oil
  5. On top.bake it in preheated oven on 180 degree for 15-20min.
