Kale Chips Recipe

To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook kale chips using 6 ingredients and 7 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Kale Chips:

  1. Get 1 Kale
  2. Make ready 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  3. Get 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
  4. Take 1/2 tbsp. onion powder
  5. Get 1 tbsp. paprika
  6. Make ready 1 tsp. sea salt

Steps to make Kale Chips:

  1. Preheat oven to 300F/ 150C. Line baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Remove leaves from the stems of the kale and roughly tear it up into large pieces. Wash the leaves and dry.
  3. Combine all dry seasoning into a bowl and set aside.
  4. Add kale leaves into a mixing bowl. Add olive oil to the mixing bowl and make sure to coat thoroughly. Now sprinkle on the dry seasonings, toss to combine.
  5. Spread out the kale leaves onto the baking pan evenly. Bake for 20 - 25 mins.
  6. Take out the pan and cool the kale on the baking pan for a few mins, this will make the kale chips crispier.
