- Prepare 1/2 tsp Fenugreek seeds(methi)

- Get 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Take 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- Prepare 4-5 Tsp Mustard oil

- Wash and boil amla for 5-7mins with closed lid on medium flame.
- Now wash and cut Green chillies in to small pieces. And keep amla and chiliess to dry for 3-4 hrs.
- Now take a pan and saute fenugreek, fennel, cumin, mustard, rai for 2 mins and grind them in a mixie.
- Now heat oil till it colour changes and keep it aside to cool down abit.And then add salt turmeric powder red chilli powder and asafoetida to it and then grounded masala to it.
- Then Add amla and harimirch to it..and mix well till amla are coated with masala well. And your pickle is ready after 5-6hours. Enjoy with your every meal in winter!!!
