- Take a bowl add maida carrom seeds, dalda ghee and mix it wellll
- Now add little by little water and prepare a tight dough
- Cover it and take rest for 30 min
- Now take a mixie jar and add all the ingredients of stuffing and grind it
- Then take a dough and make ball and roll it in a oval shape.
- Cut it in 2 equal parts. Cut one portion in equal strips(don’t cut the edges)
- Apply slurry in second portion and stick it on first one. And wait for 30 sec so both the layers are stick properly
- Apply water on backside of design on edges and fold it like cone.
- Cone is ready now fill it stuffing and apply water on inside portion and stick the outer edges.
- Now take a pan or kadhai add oil in it and heat it well
- Now add one by one samosa or fry it in a low flame only
- Turn ocassinally so that it become crispy from all sides
- Cone samosa is ready.. And serve with sauce or tea.. And also store it from 1 month.
