  2. Prepare 4 tbsp melted butter

  3. Add ur yeast solution and knead to form a soft n non sticky dough.
  4. Allow to rise for 30min until it double it size, sprinkle flour in ur work surface, transfer ur dough and knead again to remove air, then divide ur dough into 12 equal pieces.
  5. Roll and mould each dough into ball, and kept each on a separate parchment paper, allow to rise for 15min.
  6. Deep fry in oil n remove when golden brown.
  7. Strain n serve when chill. Enjoy with tea.
