Instructions to make Chicken tikka masala:
- Take a bowl put chicken pieces add salt,and lime juice mix with chicken pieces and keep rest for ten minutes, In other side take another bowl put curd one tablespoon mustard oil Kashmiri red chilli powder, ginger - garlic paste,besan mix well and keep aside.
- Now remove excess water from the chicken pieces, squeeze out the water and put chicken pieces to the curd mix and mix it well. And keep rest for two hours in the refrigerator.
- Now making of the gravy : grind tomatoes like a puree, grind green chillies, ginger and garlic make a coarsely blend and keep aside. And arrange all near the cooking side.
- After two hours paste put a nonstick pan to the heated oven put little oil and spread it and for making of chicken tikka,fry both sides of the chicken pieces until red marks appear to the chicken. I just want to make perfect boil the chicken pieces put all chicken pieces to the microwave and_
- Give heat for five minutes more and and it’s perfect for tikka.
- Now put black cardamom,green cardamoms, and cinnamon stick to the butter and oil in the heated pan saute for a minute and then put chopped onions,saute and add green chilli, ginger garlic paste mix well add tomato puree mix well,add turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, jeera dhania powder mix well and continue to saute add garam masala powder mix well
- Boil until the gravy is well cooked add dry fenugreek leaves mix well, now add chicken tikka and continue to boil when done turn off the heat and add chopped coriander leaves.
