- mix the cheese, sausage sauce, oregano, salt and peper! then stuff the chiles with the mix!
- in another shallow bowl lightly beat egg dip chiles in it! then coated with bread cbs, put them on a plate, keep coating the rest, then go back to the first one dip in on egg again and put another coat of bread cbs!
- heat oil to aroud 325 in a medium sauce pan!
- once is sausage fry chiles in batches until golden brown or about 5 to 6 mins!
- then dry them in a bunch of towels to take some grease off!
