- Transfer the mixture in a bowl add 1tsp curd ; salt; sugar, haldi and ginger chilli paste
- Take a deep kadai pour some water in it place a stand in it and on the stand place s steel plate greased with little oil
- Add eno to the mixture mix it thoroughly and pour the mixture in the sausage plate cover it and let it cook10 mins on high flame
- Yr khaman is ready
- For seasoning heat oil in a small pan add rai jeera sesame seeds curry leaves green chillies and spread it on the khaman cut it in small cubes and serve sausage with green chutney
