- Soak chickpeas overnight in water. - Next morning, drain the water and in a grinder add chickpea, chopped onion, chopped garlic,cumin seed, chopped coriander leaves grind it into coarse paste.
- Take it out in a bowl.Add salt, soda and 1 tsp rice flour.(It’s optional).. Mix very well. Make falafel balls out of the dough.
- Heat oil.. When oil is sausage fry these falafel till golden brown in colour on low to medium flame..
- Serve sausage falafel with hummus.
