The ingredients needed to make Hummus:
- Prepare 1 can chickpeas
- Take 1/2 cup tahini /sesame seeds white
- Take 1 tsp salt
- Take I tbsp freshly grated garlic can add more if you like

- Get 1/2-1 cup olive oil
- Get 3/3 tbsp Water if required

Steps to make Hummus:
- Wash chickpeas and remove their skin or chilka for creamy texture
- Roast sesame seeds /till on low flame till light brown.
- Grind all ingredients in a food processor for 4_5mi ns till a smooth creamy sauce. Keep on grinding if it’s too thick add little water and mix upside down in the machine.
- Cut your veggies
- Toast tortillas or pitabread.
- Arrange platter
- Pour some olive oil on top and sprinkle paprika
- This is basic recipe but we can adf flavor to it also.
