  2. Get 100 ml water

  1. Soak kabuli chana over night and boil it the next day. Remove the chilka of the boiled chana. Do not use withoit removing chilka of the chana.
  2. In a mixture add boiled chana, add olive oil, add garlic cloves, salt pepper powder and tahini paste.
  3. If you do not have tahini paste which is actually available in stores, we can male quick one at home, you can roast some seasame seeds, add little olive oil, salt, water and mix it or grind it to smooth paste.
  4. Add little water to the chaba mixture and grind to a very smooth paste.
  5. Remove it in a bowl and then add drops of lemon in it…drizzle olive oil and top it with pepper powder or paprika and serve.
