To get started with this recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have hummus using 8 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Hummus:

  1. Get 11/2 cups soaked overnight boiled chickpeas
  2. Prepare 3 tbsps hung curd
  3. Make ready 6-8 cloves garlic
  4. Prepare 2 tbsps juice
  5. Prepare 3tbps olive oil
  6. Take to taste salt
  7. Take 2 tbsp chilli flakes
  8. Make ready 2 tbsp oregano

Instructions to make Hummus:

  1. First wash the chickpeas well and soak overnight and pressure cook till the chickpeas become tender.
  2. In a blender, add the boiled chickpeas, curd, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice and salt and blend to a coarse paste. If required add 2 tbps water… add oregano and chilli flakes. I added chilli powder. Hummus is ready
