Chanashould be soaked overnight for 8 hrs,drain the water and add the channa,onion,pepper,cumin,pepper,chilli,coriander,salt and 2 tsp of rice powder in mixer or food processor,the mixture should resemble coarse sand,shape the mixture in to ball and deep fry it.Don’t add water,grind it all together.
  2. You can refrigerate the mixture for one or half and hour,if your mixture gets looser.
  3. You can serve it with mayonnaise with garnished mint leaf,or also peri peri sauce….
