- Add chopped tomatoes, ginger paste,cumin powder, red chilli & turmeric powder.
- Fry till it begins to leave the sides of the pan. Add soya chunks & salt.
- Fry for 5 mint stirring often, till the meal maker/ soya chunks are coated well in the masala.
- Add the roasted peanuts & frozen green peas.Pour water just enough to make a thick gravy.
- Then add the soaked sabudana,stir well.
- When the sabudana looses their opaqueness & starts becoming translucent they are cooked.Do not overcook as they might become hard.Serve sausage.
