Instructions to make Chocolate cake:

  1. Batter bnanay se phly pateely mein stand rakhein or dhkn de den. Dum se thori zyada anch mein pateela garam kr lein. Phir batter bna lein.
  2. Balayi ko beat karein ke creamy se ban Jaye. Phir thori thori sugar powder dal ke beat krty jayen. Phir aik aik egg dalty jayen or beat krty jayen. Vanilla essence dal ke 1 mint beat kren beat karein.
  3. Itna beat karein ke cream sa batter ban Jaye. Baking powder, cocoa powder or maida 3 bar chana Hua batter mein dal kar Spatula se mix karein.. Beat ni krna.
  4. Grease kiye hue mold me batter dal ke 3 bar tab karein ke air nikl jayen or mold me batter equal hojaye. preheat pateely mein 45 mint bake kar lein.
  5. 45 mint baad toothpick se check kar lein cake ke medium se. Agr cake kacha Hai to 10 mint or bake kar lein.
  6. Chocolate ganash k liye Pateeli mein pani garm kren jb boil aye to anch dum jitni kr den. Phir sauce pan mein chocolate dal kr grm pani me rakh den sauce pan ko hath me pakri rakhen or sath sath hand whisk se mix krty rhyn
  7. Chocolate melt hony tak. - Phir sauce pan ko garam pani se bahir nikal lein - 1/2 cup neem garam water lein. Thora Thora dalty jayen or hand whisk krty jayen. Chocolate ganash ready he.
  8. 15 mint room temperature pr rakhen. K zra thick hojaye. Phir 15 mint mint farij mein rakh den. Ta k thori or thick hojaye. Cake ko farij mein rakh den ta k achi trah cool hjaye. Cool cake pr chocolate ganash bht achi spread hoghi. cool cake pr dalny se melt ni hoghi.5 min rest dayn.phir spatula say chocolate design kray😁
  9. 30 mint K liye farij mein rakh den. Chocolate pieces se decorate kren. Cool kr k tea k sath serve kren.
