  2. After a min or two throw in the prawns and saffron. By now your kettle should have boiled, so make the stock in a jug adding a pinch of salt if desired. Cook prawns for about 2 mins
  3. Now add couscous and immediately the boiling stock. Cover and leave for about 5 mins. Then fluff it up with a fork and serve with lemon wedges and parsley 😀
