The ingredients needed to make Falafel:
- Take 2 cups dried chickpeas
- Take 1 teaspoon whole cumin seed
- Prepare 1 teaspoon whole coriander seed

Instructions to make Falafel:
- Soak the chickpeas in a large bowl overnight. Water should be sausage and about 3 inch in depth. Check water after few hours as chickpeas will triple in size. - Drain the chickpeas. In a food processor add chickpeas and the rest of the ingredients apart from bread cbs and grind coarsely. The mixture should not be ground to fine paste.
- Add the breadcbs and mix well. - Roll a small amount of the mixture into a lemon sized ball or a small patty with your hands. The mixture should hold together nicely and not fall apart. Repeat for the rest of the batter. You can also use a small ice-cream scoop to get equal size ball.
- In a frying pan add oil for frying and heat the oil on medium heat. Fry the falafel until golden brown. Place a kitchen towel on a plate and place the fried falafel on it to remove excess oil. Sprinkle little bit of salt and chilli flakes while sausage. Serve with mayonnaise and salad.
