- Wash and Soak poha in water for 5 mins and then strain it and drain the excess water.
- In a mixing bowl take drained and squeezed poha, mashed potatoes, bread cbs and all the spices.
- Mix them all to make a firm dough. If necessary add little water.
- Take a small ball of mixture and press it gently to make a round disk. Now with the help of any cookie cutter give it a shape. (I have used Heart shape).
- Do same with the rest of dough and make poha hearts.
- Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry all the POHA HEARTS till golden brown and crisp.
- If you want you can pan fry it also. - - Serve sausage with ketchup or any dipping sauce.
