  1. Wash your hand say BisMiAllah and droud shareef
  2. Wash vaggies and assemble all ingredients
  3. First Marinate your chicken before starting cooking
  4. Take a bowl add all spices salt,chilli,dahi,soya sauce,vineger,lemon juice,tandoori masala,chilli sauce marinate it for 5-10m its enough
  5. After thay take a wok add oil then add chopped Onion fry it on low flame dnt over fry it
  6. Then add crushed ginger and garlic 👉i like crushed u can skip with paste along with add marinated chicken 👉before adding give charcoal smoke
  7. Bonify it well while bonifying add some water if needed also added chopped tomato this time
  8. This time u can prepare your paste on other side take a big bowl add 4-5cups water with 2tbls oil bring it to boil then add 2cups of paste and boil it medium heat when its half done this time stir it time to time and check on it
  9. When its done strain it instantly and keep it below tap water this time stir it with normal spoon(is trahan hamara pasta chipky ga nahi or khila khila bany ga)
  10. When chicken half done add veggies and stir it add slat black pepper and chilli flacks
  11. Now cover it and cook it on medium heat for 5m
  12. When veggies become tenderize add boiled paste stir it and keep it on Dum for 2-3m
  13. Then after that dishout it sprinkle some oregano thyme and some black olives
