- Make ready 2 &1/2 cup refined flour
- Make ready 4 tbsp sugar

Instructions to make Apple pie:
- Take 2 and 1/2 cups of flour and mix 4 tbsp of sugar in it. Mix it well.
- Now add 10 cubes of chilled butter right away from refrigerator.
- Now mix all butter well with your hands and you’ll see a cbly dough is formed just like that of samosas.
- Now add few tsp of chilled water and make a tight dough. Cover it and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- For the sauce add 8 tbsp of butter to a pan and melt it. Now when the butter melts add 3-4 tsp of flour and mix it well.
- Now add 1/4 cup water and 1 cup sugar wisking constantly. Cook until it has caramel consistancy.
- Now take 2 small apples and slice them very thinly. Transfer them to a bowl and then add add 2 tbsp
- Now transfer the prepared sauce to the apples. And mix it well
- Now take a dough out of refrigerator. Divide it into two halves.
- Take first part of dough and roll it with a rolling pin. It’s diameter should more than diameter of your cake tin. Now transfer it into the cake tin.
- Now adjust it’s size and make sure it’s even in the thickness from all sides. Now take a fork and make little holes on the dough.
- Now add all of the Apple mixture and spread it evenly.
- Now take another peice of dough and roll it in little bit rectangular shape.
- Now cut the strips of equal width, size will be different. Now cover your pie in with these strips. You can make any design.
- Now brush the pie with some milk. If you eat eggs you can also brush the pie by a beated egg.
- Bake the pie at 200°C in the oven for 45 mins until pie has a little golden brown color.
- Remove it from oven. Demould the pie very carefully to a plate and let it cool for 30 mins
