- Prepare 1 pack Soft tofu
- Take Minced
- Take Chilli bean paste
- Make ready 1 tbsp soy sauce

- Get 1 tsp peppercorn
- Prepare 1 tsp sugar

- Cut tofu into small cubes.
- Stir fry minced garlic and ginger till aromatic. Add in minced and stir fry till cooked and aromatic. Add in tofu cubes.
- Add in chilli bean paste and some water. Medium heat cook for 5 minutes for the seasonings to absorb into the tofu. Slowly stir the tofu.
- Add some salt and sugar to adjust taste. Add in peppercorn. Finally add in cornstarch to thicken the sauce. Garnish with spring onions on top and serve.
