- Mix all the ingredients of covering and make a medium dough with the help of water and cover it with a samp cloth and keep it aside for rest
- Take a pan heat oil and fry onions for 3-4 minutes add shredded veggies and sauté for 5 minutes. Add ginger garlic paste. Saute for 2-3 minutes.Add all the sauces and mix well. Add salt and pepper powder cook for 5 minutes. Chow mein is ready
- Now knead the dough well and take a small portion. Roll it with a rolling pin and make a small round chapati. Put the chow mein filling in the center and cover it with the chapati and make a potli
