  5. Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli Powder and mix well
  6. Now add tomato,salt and turmeric powder and mix well
  7. Add coconut and sugar mix well and pour into the boiling rice
  8. Mix well and add ghee
  9. Serve it with fried vegetables
