  1. Take 1 bag chow mein or rice noodles (6-8 ozs)
  2. Take 1 bag butterscotch morsels
  3. Take 1/2 cup peanuts (optional)
  4. Make ready 1 NOTE: My measurements are estimated as I don’t like to measure! If you want the noodles more coated, add more butterscotch and less noodles. If you want it lightly coated, increase noodles and decrease butterscotch. Make it however YOU like it!

  1. Melt butterscotch morsels. In large bowl in microwave or double boiler.
  2. Add chow mein or rice noodles and peanuts if using to melted butterscotch and fold to coat.
  3. Spoon onto waxed paper in stacks to resemble haystacks.
  4. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
