Instructions to make Noodle soup:

  1. Mix the noodle ingredients all together. Let it rest.
  2. Boil the egg, slice the carrot and spring onion. Set it aside.
  3. While resting the dough, prepare the chicken. Slice the chicken breast into two (butterfly).
  4. Pound the breast (as your wish). Prepare plates for the flour, beaten egg, bread cb. Coay the chicken breast in flour, dip it in egg and coat it with breas cb. (The detail- check my recipe on chicken schnitzel)

  6. Here are the preparation of all ingredients.
  7. Boil the chicken stock and water, season with salt. Keep it aside.
  8. Heat a pan with 200 ml oil. Deep fry the chicken until golden brown. Keep it aside.
  9. Prepare a pot of water and boil it. Place the noodle and cook it for 4-6minutes until noodles are cooked well.
  10. Strain the noodle. Add dash of sesame oil.
  11. Assembly the noodle soup in a bowl as your wish.
