  3. The batter must be in the form of dosa batter and keep it fermented for 6-8 hours
  4. After fermentation, take a wide open utensil and pour the batter and steam for fifteen minutes
  5. In between the steaming process we can decorate with cashew and raisins
  6. Serve it sausage or cold as an healthy evening snack, if you need little sweeter you can increase the quantity of sugar
