- To the same ghee add washed daliya fry on medium heat until light golden.
- Add 4 cups water mix well and pressure cook until 5 to 6 whistles till soft and cooked well.
- Meanwhile add jaggery and quarter cup water in a vessel mix well on medium flame till jaggery melts completely then remove from heat set aside.
- Once the daliya is pressure cooked well add the jaggery syrup roasted cashew and raisins and cardamon powder mix well.
- Cook on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes till all the jaggery is soaked well into the lapsi at last add a tsp if desi ghee.
