- Combine in a large bowl…add juice of the limes (hint: microwave the limes for 20 seconds each to release more juice).
- Add the jalapeños (with the juice) and the spices.
- Mix well, cover, and refrigerate. May be eaten right away, but the flavor will be better if made the day before.
- Always great with chips, as a condiment for many Mexican dishes, on top of eggs, etc…this will stay good and fresh in the fridge for about a week.
