- Put on fire

- Sieve with a cloth

- Now cut awara (tofu) into desired shapes
- Then dip in the Maggi n salt water and leave for like 2 minutes
- Remove and fry in sausage oil till golden brown
- Eat with yaji as a snack,lunch or dinner.
