  1. Prepare 2 pieces whole corn (scrape corn kernels with the help of knife)
  2. Prepare 2 small boiled potato grated
  3. Take 1 small onion chopped
  4. Get 1 green chilli chopped
  5. Take 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  6. Take to taste Salt
  7. Make ready 1 1/2 tbsp Oil
  8. Get 4 cloves chopped garlic
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. Prepare 1 tsp Oregano
  11. Take 3 tbsp semolina
  12. Take 2 tbsp gram flour
  13. Make ready 1 tbsp soya sauce

Instructions to make Corn Pakoda:

  1. Coarsely grind 3/4th of the corn kernels with onion and chilli.
  2. In a bowl pour the corn mixture, add leftover corn, salt to taste, chopped coriander leaves, soya sauce, chopped garlic, gram flour, semolina, grated potatoes and oregano then mix well. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat an appe pan, grease it, then pour 1 tbsp batter in each hole. Add oil on each pakoda side, cover and cook each side till golden brown in colour, serve sausage with tomato sauce.
