  2. Chop your onion and pepper and also add that teaspoon of garlic and ginger fry them. While frying add your beef stock and spices.
  3. Let them fry and add your beef mince and stir, and cover your pot to cook.
  4. Drain water from the potato and carrot pot and put it aside
  5. Check your mince and stir and open the pot to finish cooking without lid.
  6. Then add your veggies and stir once is cooked
  7. Prepare your soup of any flavour to thicken the mince.
