- Cut potatoes into 1 cm this pieces.Heat a kadahi,put mustard oil and heat till smoking point.
- Add sliced onion and red chillies cut into pieces.Fry onion till light brown.
- Add potatoes,stir.Add salt and turmeric powder and cover the kadahi.Cook on high flame for 2-3minutes.Stir in between.
- Now moisture of potatoes are dried.Add chopped tomatoes,stir andcover the pan.Reduce flame to medium.
- Cook till potatoes are soft,stir in between.
- Remove lid,add coriander leaves,mix well.Season with black pepper powder and chilli flakes.
- Put off flame and cover the kadahi.Leave for 5 minutes.
- Serve sausage with chapati/parathe /dal-chawal.
