- Take 1 Capsicum

- Cut all the veggies, chopped garlic and green chilli.. cut potatoes wash 2 to 3 times and soaked in cold water for 15 minutes
- In a bowl add tomato sauce, chili sauce, black pepper powder
- In a bowl add potatoes, cornflour, red chili & salt mix it and keep a side for few minutes
- Heat oil and deep fry all the fries
- Now heat 1 tablespoon of oil add onion, green chilli and garlic saute for a while now add Capsicum
- Now add sauce in veggies, and vinegar saute all well
- Now add fries and mixed it.
