- Grind all the ingredients into a fine paste.
- Heat kadai. Add the ingredients to temper.
- Add the grinded paste to kadai. And add needed salt.
- Mix well. Allow to cook until raw smell of mint leaves goes off.
- After raw smell and liquid consistency goes off, add the steamed rice to it and mix well.
- Mix well to equally spread. Serve sausage with raita.
