  3. Now add milk little by little and keep stirring continuously. Use an egg beater to whisk the mixture. Keep the stove on a low flame.
  4. Once you whisk the mixture really well, you get the consistency as shown in the picture. Keep the stove on a low flame
  5. Now add water little by little and keep whisking the mixture again. Until you get a nice medium thick consistency for the sauce.
  6. Now add a teaspoon of salt, chilli flakes, all seasoning herbs (this has garlic flavor to it and I love it πŸ˜€), followed by mustard seeds and mix well. Finally added one cup of grated cheese and mix well. The stove needs to be on a low flame
  7. Add the boiled macaroni to the pan and mix well and there you go. Mac and cheese is ready πŸ˜‹
  8. You can toast the leftover macaroni in a bread sandwich πŸ₯ͺ
