  2. Continue sauteing until the tortilla strips start turning crispy but don’t let them brown.  I cook them for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add two eggs, beaten, to tortilla strips, continue cooking.
  4. When egg is cooked throughout, add tomato sauce, salt and pepper
  5. Top with cheese and turn off.
  6. Serve with media crema and I can’t have this meal without ketchup.
