    1. In a deep pan heat oil (preferably mustard oil but others will do), add cumin and fenugreek. Then add 2 ginger, garlic and onions. Cook until brown. - 3. Add mixture from step 1 into step 2 fried ingredients. - 4. Stir until kadhi is boiling. - 5. Turn heat to low medium and leave to cook for 30 mins stirring intermittently. - 6.
