  1. Heat oil in a pan,add onion & saute them until they are soft and pink (dont make brown)
  2. Add ginger, garlic, green chilles paste & saute it till the oil seprates
  3. Add cashewnuts, Once you add cashew paste reduce the flame to medium
  4. Add fresh cream, mix well and add salt
  5. Switch off the flame and squeeze in half a lime
  6. Let the onion mixture cool down & then grind it into a fine paste
  7. Once it’s done pour the sauce out into a bowl
  8. Add sweet corn in cooker to this add some water, salt and gv 2 whistles,once done switch off the flame and remove on plate
  9. Place the corn on a serving platter, pour some onion sauce on it, sprinkle chat masala, coriander leaves, chilli flakes and garnish with some pomegranate seeds
