  3. Take 1 cup mushrooms chopped

  1. You will need either cast iron or oven proof pan.preheat oven to 230 degrees. Fry on medium heat and set aside once cooked. In same pan fry onion for till soft. Then add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes
  2. Add some butter of oil dries up this also adds some flavour. Continue cooking by adding the peppers. Immediately after peppers add spinach and cook till it wilts.
  3. While spinach is cooking, in a separate bowl beat the eggs and kilt. Rerun the to the spinach mix, stir it in. Then add the eggs. Swirl pan around so egg moved into pockets.
  4. Place on the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes. 😍😍😍
