  1. Prepare Basic Frittata Recipe: 6 large eggs, 8 for 12 inch skillet
  2. Make ready 1/4 cup milk
  3. Take 2 cloves minced garlic

  5. Prepare 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  6. Get Black pepper

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, garlic, & salt until well combined. Set aside.
  3. Heat 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add shallot/onion and salt and pepper & cook about 5 mins. Add red peppers (& spinach). If spinach, saute until withered & add egg mixture & gently shake pan to distribute. Sprinkle with cheese & bake 15 to 20 minutes or until eggs set. Season.
