  13. Get 1 Can Tamatoes Chopped Pound
  14. Make ready 12 Okra Fresh (cut off ends)
  15. Prepare 1/2 Bunch cilantro chopped

  1. Soak Chana Dal in 2 cups cold water for 1/2 hour. Season Sword fish cubes with salt and pepper. Cook in non stick Pan for 3 minutes on each sides. Set aside.
  2. Heat Oil in a Pot. Add cumin seeds, garlic(crushed), ginger and fry for 3 minutes. Add remaining incredients in group 3. Drain water from Lentils (group 1) and add into pot. Add 2 cups water. Bring to boil and cook for 45 minutes (until lentils are soft).
  3. Add Tomatoes (group 4) and Okra. Cook 15 minutes. Add swordfish and cook 5 minutes on slow heat. Finish with cilantro.
