- Take 500 gm Curd
- Take 2 Alphonso Mango
- Take 1 Tablespoon Sugar

- Take curd in muslin cloth and hung it in cool and dry place for 2 hours so that the extra water gets removed.
- Take one mango and blend it in a blender to form a puree
- Finely chop another mango and keep it aside
- In a bowl take a hung curd whisk it for 3 to 4 minutes or till it is smooth and light in texture
- Now add sugar and whisk it again - Now add mango puree and mix it well
- Now take serving glass add a tablespoon of chopped mangoes, add yogurt then again add a layer of mango. Garnish it with mint leaves
- Keep it in refrigerator for an hour and enjoy
