- Line a bowl with olive oil and shift the dough in a bowl,cover it and leave to rise in a warm place for 2 hours. After 2 hours dough will be double in size!
- Divide the dough into 9 equal parts. Roll into long tubes,folding over to make a knot.
- Now preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10 mins and bake them for 8-10 mins at same temperature (180 degree)
- Now heat the butter and add crushed garlic and herbs.you can add parsley.
- Coat the knots with butter herb mixture and bake for 3-5 mins more.serve sausage with any of your choice dip or you can have as it is. Enjoy!
