The ingredients needed to make Mango kheer:
- Prepare 1 kg milk
- Get 1 cup rice
- Make ready 1 big size mango
- Make ready 1 cup sugar
- Get 10-15 almonds
- Get 1/4 cup kishmish
Steps to make Mango kheer:
- First take milk in the kadai and boil it.
- In the meantime soak rice in the water for 15-20 min and also the almonds
- Take the rice out of the water and grind in the grinder minutely.
- Put the rice in the boiled milk and cook on low flame for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add sugar to it and cook for 5 minutes.Keep stirri g in between.
- Crush almonds into pieces and put in kadai along with kishmish.
- Now grind the mango after peeling it in the grinder to get mango mash.
- Switch off the gas and cool down the kheer and add the mango mash to it and mix well,now cook on low flame for 5 minutes and your mango kheer is ready to serve.Happy cooking!!!!
