- Start adding your dry ingredients as you alternate with buttermilk slowly by slowly until it is well incorporated
- Prepare your baking tin as you preheat your oven at 160⁰c for 20mins
- Pour your batter into your prepared baking tin.Sprinkle raisins on top(optional)
- Bake your batter at 160⁰c for 45 -50mins or until it’s ready when you insert a fork or knife or skewer and it comes out clean.
