  2. Place eggs,Nutmeg and Cinnamon Powder in a large bowl, whisk briefly.
  3. Add the melted Butter,sugar,and milk,briefly mix them,
  4. Add bread and Green Paper(Sultanas(Optional) and allow the bread to soak for atleast 2-3 minutes
  5. Line the baking pan with 1 tsp of butter and Pour into a 2.5 quart baking dish. If you have heaps of sultanas/Green Papper on the surface, poke them in a bit.
  6. Brush with remaining 1 tbsp melted butter (optional).
  7. Top with grated mozerralla on the top and bake
  8. Serve immediately with toppings of your choice E.g Ice Cream,Chocolate Sauce,Caramel,Condensed Milk etc for me i don’t add any toppings.
