- Soak China grass in 3/4 cup of water for 10 minutes.
- Take milk in a sauce pan add in sugar mix well and heat till it is got a little thick. Once it comes to a boil remove it from heat and set aside.
- Now heat the China grass and mix well it is melted. Now pour this into the milk mix
- Now it is melted and strain the mix. Now divide the mixture into two parts.
- In one part add rose essence and rose syrup and in second part add green food colour and Khus syrup. And mix well.
- Brush a mould lightly with oil pour the pudding mixture in and let this cool a bit.
- Put this tray in fridge to set for 3-4 hours. Now it is all set cut into desire shape invert it. Enjoy.
