- Take a kadai and add oil, now fry Manchurian balls
- For Manchurian gravy -take a kadai add oil,jeera,ginger,garlic
- Now add onion, capsicum and after 2 minutes add red chilli sauce
- Now add soya sauce,vinegar,green chilli sauce
- Then add tomato sauce and ararot mix it well
- Add Manchurian balls in the gravy
