  2. In a pan heat sugar and peach puree till sugar is dissolved
  3. Remove from heat, add gelatin mixture and stir until gelatin is dissolved completely
  4. Cool for 3-4 minutes
  5. Pour this mixture in to the glasses to be served
  6. Refrigerate till set
  7. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it rest for few minutes
  8. Heat jam with water in a pan till it melts
  9. Remove from heat and add the gelatin mixture and whisk it nicely  till gelatin dissolves
  10. Cool it little
  11. Then pour over the peach layer
  12. Refrigerate till set
  13. Sprinkle gelatin in cold water,let it rest for few minutes
  14. Heat sugar, cream and vanilla till mixture get one boil
  15. Do not heat the mixture too much
  16. Remove from the heat, add white chocolate and gelatin mixture
  17. Stir till both get dissolved well
  18. Let it cool for few minutes
  19. Pour over the jam layer
  20. Refrigerate till set
