  1. Firstly, boil,peel n pound the potatoes. Put a pinch of salt n mix. Keep aside. Boil the vegetables.. Put a pan on the heat, put ghee in it and the spices, quickly put the veg and mix. Switch off n keep aside. Put quarter cup dedicated coconut in a plate n keep aside.
  2. Beat the egg n keep ready. Now take the potatoes mix, spread on ur palm, fill it with the boiled,spiced veg.like in the pic.
  3. Close the spread potato and brush some egg on it. Roll in the dessicated coconut,n keep aside, ready to bake. Like in pic
  4. Colour changes to slightly brown,on baking at 180 degrees for 6 mins with heat on top n bottom. Remove, ready to serve with tamarind n tomato sauce.
